I came in for a regular cleaning using a $150 online coupon, but they told me they cannot do a regular cleaning and only offer deep cleaning, which costs $800. I was sent home without the service I came for. Very disappointing.

This Dental is office was the first to clean my teeth WITHOUT PAIN! I'm always scared to go to the dentist because it typically is painful for me but the dentist at Presidio Dental did a fantastic job! Thank you!

I had a very disappointing experience with Presidio Dental. On May 1, 2024, I visited their office to request a reorder of my final Invisalign retainer. Unfortunately, they couldn’t locate my records, so I left without receiving any treatment or even a dental exam. To my surprise, I later discovered that they filed a claim with my insurance (Delta Dental) for a “dental exam” that never occurred. This is completely unacceptable and feels like an attempt to fraudulently charge for services that were not provided. I have reached out to the office to request that they void and correct the claim, but I want to share my experience so others are aware. Be cautious and double-check any claims they submit to your insurance. He charged me for a dental exam — though there was no exam — it was solely for a conversation that he did not have my records. This is a fraudulent claim and I will be filing a grievance with my insurance.

I went in for a invisilign consultation. Wow, I have so many other things to worry about then getting my teeth straight first. My dentist was amazing. Explained everything clearly and professionally. The assistants were amazing and friendly. Front desk were great as well. Overall a great experience and now I know for sure what I need to do to get my smile taken care of. Thank you all.
